Anteverted uterus?

Question

I'm 14 weeks tomorrow!!! Whoo! 
So on my 12 week ultrasound they said I have an anteverted uterus with placenta forming anteriorly.
What exactly does this mean? They didn't really explain anything to me.... They did however say I would probably feel bub moving later on... But does anyone know how late?

Thankyou so much!!! That adds a lot of light onto things. I do think it's a bit silly my doctor didn't explain things to me in more detail though.

An a reverted uterus is the typical tilt to the uterus. One could have a retroverted uterus that tilts more towards your spine. It really doesn't matter though, just how God put you together. An anterior placenta is a placenta on the front side of your uterus, closer to your belly button than your spine. I had an anterior placenta with my first pregnancy and I didn't feel baby for sure until 22 weeks.
