EPIC BEST-FRIEND DUTIES

(((((Off Topic))))). Okay, one of my only female friends have recently started to have this very  awkward bodily odor and I would never talk bad about her behind her back but I have heard a few of the other girls she hangs with talk about her recklessly behind her back and even a few guys I hang with (I hang with mostly guys...less drama)   ...Anyway, I had an idea to make her a care package with things like shampoo,body wash, lotion, baby powder and oil, deodorant (Girl products) etc... And other things like a best friend necklace, nail care products ( polish, clippers, nail files) and pair of pj's,slippers, body mist...anyway you get my point!!! Just so it won't be as hurtful... I was wondering if any of you girls think this is inappropriate?? Should I just be straight up with her, or just give it to her and say it's just a gift!!! I don't want to lose her as a friend because as I stated she is one of my only girlfriends I also don't want to embarrassed  !!! Help you guys I'm stuck!!! 😢
