Recurring Yeast Infection
I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant and I've had this recurring yeast infection that's been on and off since the first few weeks of pregnancy. I've seen an couple of doctors already and they've prescribed me flagystatin suppository, canesten suppository, and micotran suppository a few times already. I'd do my best to keep it dry down there, I'd also avoid sweets and starchy food. I also eat probiotics yoghurt once a day.. Despite all the precautions, Yeast infection would go away but return in a week or so.. I tend to panic everytime I get it..So my question is, should I really be panicking?I tried to ignore it once but I ended up panicking even more cause I had watery discharge and thought it was amniotic fluid. Doctor said the yeast infection caused the watery discharge..Will a recurring yeast infection cause an amniotic fluid leak, or pprom, or thinning of the cervical plug, or cervical funneling, or anything in particular that could potentially kill my baby eventually?
