Help! Advice needed!

So I've been dating this guy for a few weeks and he's super sweet and adorable, and he's talking about how he wants a future with me. I'm not sure what to do, I'm super nervous and have commitment issues due to past events, but I don't want to be rude and say anything that would hurt him. And on top of that there's another guy I just met that's been heavily flirting with me and he's also super sweet as I'm not sure what to do. :/
