Help please..

My boyfriend and I have been talking about sex lately. Like what we want, how, where, ask each other questions. And my periods are pretty regular and I don't have bad cramps (thank god) so I can't ask my mom for birth control without telling her I'm sexually active. Can I get it from the school's public health nurse? Or should I just stick with the condom and pull out method (even if he's wearing a condom)?
