Swallowing pills

I find it really difficult swallowing tablets and pills and it hasn't really been a huge problem as when I have paracetamol I crush and drink it & im on the pill but it's very small so I struggle occasionally but it's fine. However I'm currently suffering with cystitis, I've had it for over a week now and just been given antibiotics today but... They're capsules :( any advice on easy ways to swallow them? Or alternative ways? I've taken one but only the stuff inside it but it's not the best thing to drink so I don't know :(
