Is being loose actually a thing?

My boyfriend recently told me that it didn't feel as tight as it used to, but to be fair we have sex everyday...... There's no time for it to "go back" if going back to a smaller size is even a thing... Idk... Makes me feel unattractive and embarrassed

I'm so sorry he made you feel that way. He needs to educate himself. Obviously you are going to be more "loose" if you have sex everyday. When you are aroused you get "looser" that happens to everyone with a vagina. The vagina expands when you are aroused, and having sex a lot might make you expand a bit but it goes back to the way it was.

It's just because of how often you have sex, if you were to hold back on having sex for awhile, you'd go back to the original size your vagina was,

The vagina is a muscle and just like you can stretch other muscles in the body the more you have sex the more the vagina gets used to the stretch. This is usually a good thing as sex gets less painful, you feel more confident etc.

Having sex usually also strengthens the pelvic floor so if he wants a little more pressure you can try tightening the pelvic floor (read: squeeze the muscle you use when trying to hold in a wee) while you have sex.

There's nothing weird or unusual about this and I seriously doubt it's actually that big of a difference.
