Spice up my bedroom life

So, me and my fiancé have been together around 3 years, we have a 1 year old little girl and ever since I got pregnant I can say we have probably had sex around 20 times, I want to do it and u totally find him attractive but sometimes I just can't be arsed, I have very bad body confidence issues and wouldn't feel comfortable using toys with him, but I've worn sexy outfits before (when I was a size 4) but now just don't feel up to it, would rather take care of my self (sorry if that's too much info) I just love him a lot and I feel like this is what is putting a strain on our relationship, sorry for the long post :/
