Anyone else's partner angry when being woke?

So I asked my boyfriend for the remote because he always falls asleep and it always gets caught up next to him, so I can't physically move over/move him because I'm 37 weeks pregnant, but he was kind of sleep talking when I was asking for it saying it was 'wrapped up' and I asked again and he got angry with me but he was between awake and asleep so after asking a few times I finally got it off him, then I tried tucking him in and putting the cover over him because I didn't want him getting cold and he threw the cover at me aggressively? He seems to always always get moody when he's asleep and I wake him for work or for the remote, is anyone else's like this, I physically feel like if I go into labour during the night now I wouldn't want to wake him because he will probably be pissed off that he's not had enough sleep I just feel like taking my mum if it happens at night and it's like talking to a brick wall when he's tired.getting fed up and emotional now
