Did you get bad headaches and cramping after stopping the birth control pill?

This has been my first month without my pills and my head has been killing me daily ever since my period ended on the 4th. Ive had cramping daily as well. Nothing too bad. But today it felt like I was having cramps like my period is coming. I'm confused. I have another two weeks until my period is to come. Someone help!

When did you stop pill?? I stopped early last month, ovulated, BDd on appropriate dates and now in my TWW and started only cramping 2 days ago...???

I didn't have symptoms as soon as my period ended, but I did have the worst PMS I've had in my life. So much worse than even what I remember it being like before I went on BC. But it was only like that the first month, thank goodness! My body is still normalizing (I quit the ring in September) but at least it's not miserable like that first round of PMS.
