I have a super strong fishy Oder coming from down there, but no other symptoms. No itching or burning or anything I would usually associate with a UTI. Any guesses to what's causing the odor?
Edited: today it wasn't as bad. I'm assuming it was probably BV or something. Since it seems to be improving can I just let it go away on its own?
