BLOOD EVERYWHERE

I had sex with this guy yesterday and we were foolin around for awhile before so I was wet, but when he put it in it hurt like a fucker and I was bleeding. Thankfully we were in the back of my car so he didn't see but when I got home my underwear was drenched and all today I had to wear liners cause I'm still bleeding. But I have had sex with two other guys. The first time this happens and the second time he was in for like a minute beige he came but it still hurt but I just didn't bleed. Why am I still bleeding?
