to hangout or not to hangout?

I've been talking to this guy for a while. Late last year, we hung out and ended up making out. He tried to convince me to have sex with him, but I wouldn't, since I was 15 at the time. (I'm 16 now)  We talk on and off and we're obviously attracted to one another. We've sexted and he's invited me to spend a couple hours alone with him in a hotel next weekend. He's not my boyfriend, and although I've made it clear that sex is a no, but I'm willing to do other things. I'm only 16, and my parents can't know. Should I hang out with him again?
