HELP!!!

I have been really sick lately with stomach pains and nausea and no matter where I go no one can figure out what is wrong. I've also had painful sex. Whether it's tough or not I bleed and it hurts a lot afterwards. Also, when I pee after it burns my vagina like its cut. I have had a UTI before and it doesn't hurt like that. What could it be???
