Boyfriend not confident :(

So I'm dating this guy that lives in Ga & I live in Tn.  We haven't met eachother in person yet but we've know each other for about a year. Well he is always saying he's ugly. I always tell him no ur sexy and cute asf. But he always says no I'm not. He barely takes any pics. He's starting to send me more pics of him & I tell him how sexy he is but he never believes me. We FaceTime & talk on the phone every day & he constantly is calling hisself ugly. How can I boost his confidence? How can I make him feel sexy?
