self conscious about my vagina

I've seen my friends vaginas and vaginas in porn. Mine is so ugly and gross it keeps me from having sex more often. I clean it properly and don't have an STI or STD.  I'm in my teens and I've had sex once before but I absolutely hate my vagina and  I'm not comfortable w it.  I've already started to save up for a clitoroplasty and labiaplasty. It's the first thing I'm doing when I turn 18. Any advice or does anyone share these feeling towards their own vaginas???
