is sex ever painful for anyone in the aspect of them going to deep like it hurts internally?? or is there something wrong with me? it never used to hurt it felt great but in some positions it just feels like it's going through some organs

It sounds as though your partner may be hitting your cervix unintentionally - not something they can usually feel, but your partner may simply be too large for your vagina in some positions! 
Hitting the cervix is very painful, as it tugs and pushes muscles and organs. They only ill effects could be bleeding and lasting pain though, so don't fret too much. 
Positions that are described to let them go deeper are generally the ones to avoid when you are "short" ie when they are able to reach it easily with their length.

Yes in certain position when my parents go deep its really painful and have to change. It really hurts in my pelvis area and sometimes have to stop.
