I miss her

Ok. So I'm bi and I play softball. Well I dated a girl from my old team for a while and we really liked each other. She went off to college and we broke up but still stayed in touch. This past week I found out she would be playing in the same tournament as me and when I saw her, everything came rushing back. I still love her. At the tournament we goofed off and I watched one of her games (she's a catcher) and she would turn around every chance she had and stick her tongue out at me and/or smile. Idk what to do. It hurts physically and mentally to not be with her. I want her back but I'm scared to tell her how I feel. I'm trying to see her Tuesday and get her to come to a PCB tournament to for three days this weekend. I don't want to ruin our friendship but I want more again. What should I do?
