Advice...

I really like this guy, but I'm finding it hard to communicate with him due to English being his second language. I've tried to use translator apps to make it easier, but they haven't helped. He likes me as well, and we have fooled around a bit, but I'm curious as to where he wants to take this. And I can't seem to figure out how to ask him. Any advice would be helpful...
