Irregular period/pregnancy

Normally I have very irregular periods. I can go for 70+ days and if I have a 2-5 day period they come 3 times a month. I'm always early but I've never been late and I've been bleeding for 5 years. I'm having really weird cravings for foods I normally would never even think of eating. My boobs are swelling and they feel kind of heavy but not like period boobs. I've also noticed myself having mood swings. I've been experiencing this for about a week and a half now so I know its not my period coming. I'm going to take a test tomorrow but im just wondering if anyone thinks this is pregnancy? Or is my body just playing tricks on me? Thank you lovely ladies in advance.
