In my experience if you have an "oragasm" feeling during urintation you more than likely have a UTI and need to be seen by your physician ASAP before it transfers into your kidneys and ends up becoming a kidney infection, I have had both and was hospitalized for the kidney infection..

Yip I get this "orgasm" type feeling (without the pleasure) whenever I have a bladder infection and I pee. Tried explaining the feeling to my husband last tine a had a bladder infection and he was totally confused that I could be saying it felt like almost an orgasm but with lots of pain when usually I have such painful bladder infections that I bleed.
