How to muffle sex sounds? 😂

It's difficult fully enjoying sex when I have family in the rooms next door to me, like I have to try and be as silent as possible which sucks. Do you guys have any tips to soundproof the room a little? I had the idea of putting on a movie but sometimes its distracting :p

Pillows but I also have my SO choke me because it turns me on but also keeps me quieter blanket but clothes or Towle by the doorway music or get kinky and use toys and choke balls anything be creative while getting ur freak on

I usually stuff a blanket under the little open slit in the door (bc im paranoid noise will go out that way😂) and play some music kinda loudly, but obviously slowish music. A few times I bit on something (I even bit on my S/O once or twice).
If you're into it, you can buy one of those bondage gag things😂
If your walls are literally paper thin though, then I have no clue.
