Pretty sure he tore something

Oksy so yesterday July 18, me and my boyfriend did it but wasn't any proper lube in the right places so it started hurting then we stopped. He let me be for a while then he gave me oral. I still felt discomfort earlier today. I just thought it was no biggie so I just went about my day then, tonight he fingered me in the dark. It was good but if he moved a certain way it hurt so he just stayed a certain way the whole time as he went to get me some tissue he noticed blood and then I noticed blood. We were freaking out and we both are wondering wtf is going on with me.
