Peeing while masturbating

Yesterday I peed myself while I was masturbating. I know it was pee cause my sheets reeked of it. Wtf??? Am I losing control over my bladder or something? Thinking it's cause I held my pee at work. So weird and I'm nervous to come again I don't want to pee on my boyfriends bed or something or on HIM!! Is this normal???
