My 600 lb life, how can they afford stuff?

Good golly! I am watching my 600 lb life and it's like... How can they afford what they can? They often have nice houses/apartments and eat out every day (fast food, but a lot of it and not value menu items) when they don't work and they have family members caring for them that don't work. I mean I know disability and the possibility of paying their family as caretakers.... But my mom was on disability my whole life and we by no means could afford any of that. I'm just in shock! What in the world?

I don't know, that show pisses me off more than anything. The fact that there's family members who will go keep buying them food because they are literally too fat to leave their houses "they get mean if I don't do it" 
Oohhhh my fuck the weakness in that show. I find that show to be repulsive and I stopped watching it.

Never noticed that with that show but every time I watch Intervention I wonder the same thing. Like I know some of those people steal or prostitute for money but it'll say that they spend like $5k a week on drugs and are getting money from relatives...like I don't think I could get $500 out of my relatives let alone $5k lol

I watch that show all the time and I don't remember seeing that many nice homes. There are a few that live with thier parents or other relative who has a nice home though. What always amazes me on that show is the people who argue with Dr. Nowzarden. They have one of the top doctors in the country and they argue with him about their diet!

Idk about before being on the show but they are on a tv show ya know? They're getting paid.
