Plan B

I'm really scared. I'm only 16 and I had sex with a guy and stupidly we didn't use protection. He didn't cum in me and he pulled out seconds before he came. But I worry a lot so I bought a plan B and took it just within 48 hours. Since then I've had fatigue and aches and what feels like period pains.... my period is supposed to come in 2 days but I'm so scared. I took the plan B 3 or 4 days ago and I don't know if the side effects last this long? Should I be worried?
