Very worried

So me and my boyfriend has recently(last Monday) said that we wanted to have a baby together, I already have a one year old son that's no his. We had unprotected sex last Wednesday which was also the beginning of my fertile week, early Saturday morning I started cramping and feeling very nauseous and has felt like that every day since. I don't know I'm I'm pregnant or not. Should I be worried out that?
