Glow vs other app question

Ok I'm so confused. I have a 28 day cycle. Glow starts counting the last day of my period to the start of my next one. This other app starts counting 28 days from the start of my period until the next one. Which one is wrong. This is frustrating to me that a period app does not know what they are doing because one of them is wrong
