If my boyfriend finishes in me less than a week before my period is due (before I begin taking my hormone-free placebo pills) can I still get pregnant? I'm just curious because I know sperm can live in the uterus for 7 days. Can fertilization happen with this sperm when I stop taking my active pills for that week?
