Help, I'm worried...

I'm 17, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex last night and we decided to buy a plan b pill today. However, I woke up this morning and as usual went to the bathroom, but I was bleeding.. I'm scared and I don't understand if this is normal. I ended my period 2 days ago.. Can someone explain please 😰
