These are some good tips; be sure to read both pages! I read in another article that you can prepare the day of by eating lots of greens and avoiding meat. Use the restroom as much as possible and use it again right before you start. It at least lowers the chances of having an accident.

Also "Pjur Back Door Relaxing Anal Glide Lubricant" has GLOWING reviews, and when I finally give anal a real try, I'mma go with that one. It's silicone based so it won't work well with silicone toys. Toys are a must. Playing with toys and anal figuring makes it better. Once you get used to it it can be really enjoyable. But don't feel like you have to like it. Some people just don't.
