Weddings that don't allow kids, is it offensive?

Just curious as to what you ladies think about kid free weddings. I know many people who have had them and many people who were offended by it because they couldn't bring their children. Would you have a regular wedding if the number of children attending would be greatly larger than adults? Or would you plan a wedding that would not include children? Tell me what you think!
