I need help...

Ok I've never gotten pregnant after a miscarriage but me and my boyfriend are trying to get pregnant but not really trying at the same time meaning he pulls out. However Sept 29th I miscarried with our baby but this morning I noticed I'm spotting. Could it be that time of month or is it implantation? I don't really know what's going on...my stomach has butterfly feelings instead of the normal period pain...thanks!
