Implantation Bleeding?! ?!

Me and my boyfriend tried to conceive on all fertile days 9/16-9/25... ovulation day 9/20! I got my period on 10/4 stopped bleeding on 10/11. This morning 10/14 a light brown discharge on my panty liner.. is this implantation bleeding? Can implantation bleeding happen after u had a period? I'm confused
