What is this!?!

My tounge has always been this white but here recently I've gotten this weird circle where the white stuff goes away and it gets bigger everyday. The back of my tounge is also sore like my taste buds are inflamed and it hurts to move it. I can't even clean my molars with my tounge after I eat or whatever. The upper part of my gums above my teeth are very red in some spots and are painful. Please tell me someone knows what this is 😭
