My uterus (?) is twitching?

For the past two or three days, I have felt a twitching feeling in my lower abdomen. It lasts like 2 seconds. It doesn't hurt, but I don't know why this is happening. I don't think ive ever had this feeling before either...

I've had this too. I would describe it as a vibration. I am definitely not pregnant had my tubes removed two years ago. But I had it happen before then as well. I've never asked my doctor because I forget about it until it happens again. I thought maybe I was imagining it like when you think your cell phone is vibrating in your pocket but it isn't.
