"unspecified specimen"???

Question

So I went to the gyno today and he said everything was fine (thank god) but they have an online portal to view everything and it says: " CT + NG DNA, PCR, unspecified specimen" 
Wtf is this unspecified specimen and do I have to be worried about it if my gyno didn't address the issue?

I haven't had this issue but I have noticed some terminology in test results can be really weird and not mean what they sound like.

When I had an ultrasound they labeled parts of my uterus/ovaries as "unremarkable" and I was starting to freak out thinking something was wrong with me (even though the final results said I was fine). Then I just googled it and found out it meant that they didn't look at that specific area. So it could be something like that. Try doing a Google search and if you don't get a clear answer, contact your doctor.
