Debating to leave or stay😔

So this guy I've been dating for a little over 6 months just doesnt do the same things he did when we first met. He didnt follow me on IG even though I requested him I told him I think he's hiding something but still has yet to add me. I haven't been on a date since august.Nothing is progressing and I really like him,we have a great time together but he isn't giving me what I want and we've had this convo several times. He told me we'd be in a relationship when we know each other more and he feels he's not ready for a relationship yet. All we do is chill at my apartment sometimes we have sex sometimes we don't but I'm just over it but I just can't cough up the words to end
