do i need to take plan B?

so i've been on the pill for almost 6 months and i take it pretty regularly, sometimes my taking it will be an hour or so off, but never more than that. me and my boyfriend always wear a condom just in case but last night it broke. i know birth control is super effective and for the past week i've been taking it correctly i know so what i'm wondering is, should i get plan B just in case, or just not worry about it because i'm on the pill???
