i recently noticed i have a rash on my vagina lips . and i has sex yesterday and noticed that i had a bunch of white thick fluid coming out ..... ever sense then more & more has been coming out . it doesnt burn when i pee , but burn when i wipe & wash down there . someone help .

Did you use a condom? Because if you did you could be having an allergic reaction to the latex

Have you tried doing some research. 
Stay hydrated drink lots of water and cranberry juice.
What I started to do is drinking tumeric milk. 
Using cotton underwear. Change your underwear during the day.
I can't go through the day with the same underwear. 
Using unscented baby wipes.
Don't use "special " shampoo or any shampoo  to clean your vagina.
Try doing herbal or apple cider vinegar baths to balance your pH.
*Make an appointment to see a doctor.
