questioning relationship

I've been with my boyfriend for now five months and the first 3 were amazing but these past 2 we hardly speak or see eachother, he only calls when he wants pics or is horny and wants me to show him stuff on FaceTime and it's not like he's busy cause he does nothing all day and still doesn't want to make plans or talk to me, he just messages me when he wants something. He's never said I love you to me and when I've said it to him he gives me a look of disgust and says same and I'm really questioning everything cause I don't want to be wasting my time but I don't know how to say to him that  I'm questioning everything, I'm confused and dont know what to do, help !!!
