missed periods

I had a scare on dec 26 with a small leak in a condom and took plan b and have now missed two periods, I've had three negative pregnancy tests one after first missed period and two after second missed period. I'm feeling sick but I'm not sure what is going on because chances of being pregnant with a negative test 2 weeks after missed period is under 1%....any been through something similar??
