Anyone else get nauseous when someone plays with your boobs?

My boyfriend loves playing with my boobs but I can barely stand it. He goes a little hard, but even when he doesn't, just having my nipple rubbed for a little bit makes me nauseous. I'm almost always sore too... it's not as bad when he grabs a handful, it's just a little sore. I can't find anything helpful on the internet so I was wondering if anyone had the same problem or maybe even knew what was going on and if there's something I can do to fix it? I'm a 32C if that makes a difference.
