under carriage help

Okay so here's the deal.... so my "under carriage" aka " lady parts" more the lips and everything area smells so bad every.  single. day like I have to shower every 5 hours to smell decent. And my sex drive has plummeted because I am terrified that when something even close happens that I might be gross at that moment. 🤔 and I have tried the wipes and I've gone to the doctor because I was scared it was a yeast infection. So I really have no clue. That's why I am turning to all of you lovely people. ANY ADVICE OR TIPS WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED
