trying not to cry right now

I had sex with this guy like three weeks ago and he was really rough (not in a violent way, just rather um... fast rhythm) and there's now little tears in my vagina and on the skin of my inner labia because of the abraisian. It's really hurting and it tears more whenever it's touched. Has anybody else ever had this or am I just messed up 😰😢
