herpes I'm 16

I'm so confused I've only been sexual with one person I swear to god , he has cheated in the past ever since I lost my virginity in October I've had weird stomach feelings/ Tightness I didn't want to tell my mom I was going to the clinic getting tested November 4 , they told me nothing I had nothing what i was feeling In my stomach wasn't sex related I still feel them to this day also my left boob sometimes it hurts a little like throbs , aches , and wrist pains sometimes && then I had sex on march 8th then got tested they told me it was hsv1 genital my partner told me he got tested and he doesn't have anything I'm so cnfused and he's making me feel crazy like I didn't get it fro him
