he has a girlfriend

I think the guy I'm talking to has a girlfriend. He has a picture in a mirror with one but it's in a way it looks like their dating. I questioned him and he said they aren't they are just close friends but I don't buy it... he's also a few years older then me so if she is his girlfriend I'd hate to get on her side. I really like this guy though...
