6 Days Late

So my period is six days late... I'm freaking out a little bit. I took a pregnancy test but it came back negative. I've always been pretty regular so this doesnt make sense to me, maybe i just tested to early, maybe its stress... I'm not anymore stressed than normal though.. I just need some advice or something idk...
