Please help a girl out!

I have been taking birth control pill perfectly everyday on time everyday for about 5 months now. I occasionally do anal with my bf, and grind our privates on eachother all without protection. he also always pulls out and never ejaculates near me. I'm not ready to entirely has his p*nis put all the way in, but it has definetly been somewhat inside. mind you, all of the stuff we do is unprotected. I'm worried because I haven't gotten my period in 3-4 months. I get light cramps and backaches, a little acne, and very light spotting. I'm worried because I haven't gotten my period but I also haven't expirienced any pregnancy symptoms. could it just be the pill? I'm taking loloestrin fre. I'm seventeen, an athletic runner, and stressed a lot about school too.
