TMI warning need help

These small little tears on my posterior fourchette appeared around 6 days ago after 2 days of sex I noticed it was slightly sore when I wiped.

They're not painful when I pee and not painful when we do the deed. They're only slightly sore/tender when touched and there's been no bleeding.

Anybody had this and got any advice on how to treat or know what they are from? Is it normal to get these papercut type tears?
